Flight Levels

Flight Levels is a thinking model that emphasises communication and interaction within organisations. It focuses on ensuring the right people address the right things at the right time, breaking down silos, improving transparency, and aligning with organisational strategic goals.

In the rapidly evolving landscape of digital and agile transformations, many organisations focus on optimising individual and team performance. However, the interactions between these entities are often overlooked, leading to friction and suboptimal improvements. This is where Flight Levels steps in, offering a structured approach to enhance organisational communication and collaboration. Developed by Klaus Leopold, Flight Levels provides an approach which breaks down silos, increases transparency, and aligns all levels of an organisation with its strategic goals.
