4. Cancellations and Refunds

• Cancellations made at least 7 days before the scheduled training/course are eligible for a full refund.

• Cancellations made less than 7 days before the course will not be refunded.

• If we need to cancel or postpone the event, we'll let you know at least 7 days in advance, and you'll get a full refund or rescheduling options.

• Refunds will be processed within 14 calendar days of the cancellation confirmation.
