Who we are looking for

We are constantly looking for experienced Scrum Masters, Agile Coaches, Product Owners, and Product Managers who are passionate about working in agile environments — both in the private and public sectors.

You should:

  • Speak German at least at B2 level and ideally be willing to work in the DACH region

  • Hold certifications in Scrum, SAFe, Kanban, or comparable frameworks

  • Have experience working with scaled agile frameworks (e.g., SAFe, LeSS, Flight Levels)

  • Be able to confidently guide teams, stakeholders, and organizations through agile transformations

  • Be interested in growing within a trust-based community of experienced agile professionals

Optional:

  • Have an interest in sharing your knowledge, for example as a trainer for our in-house trainings or community workshops

Freelancer Onboarding – How It Works

  • 1. Register

    Complete the freelancer registration form and provide the required information about your experience, skills, and availability. You can also add any additional details or documents at the end of the form that you would like us to consider.

  • 2. Submit Your Application

    Once you’ve filled in all relevant information, submit the form. Our team will review your profile carefully.

  • 3. We’ll Get in Touch

    If your profile matches our current or upcoming needs, we will contact you as soon as possible to arrange an initial conversation.

  • 4. Introductory Discussion

    During this call, we will explain how collaboration works, discuss your expertise, project opportunities, rates, and answer any questions you may have about our processes.

  • 5. Next Steps

    If there is a good mutual fit, we will include you in our freelancer network and reach out when suitable project opportunities arise.
