BSH Hausgeräte GmbH – Coaching on Agile Transformation and adoption of SAFe framework (2021-2023)

  • Provided coaching for STE and RTE, organized PI Plannings, and set up SAFe reporting (Squat, Cluster) under the role of SAFe Product Consultant (SPC)

  • Led three KI/Cloud teams as senior Scrum Master, maximizing team efficiency fostering agility, self-management, and leadership at an individual and team level.

Luxembourg Chamber of Commerce – Coaching on Agile transformation by use of the Kanban framework (2019-present)

  • Coached and trained 150+ professionals in Kanban System Design (KMP I) and Kanban Systems Improvement (KMP II) across all hierarchy levels.

  • Implemented Kanban at all organizational flight levels, improving workflow efficiency and transparency.

  • Established Jira architecture with automations, reporting, KPIs and integrated it with Power BI.

Peras GmbH – Implementing of Kanban Framework at a multi-department level. Coaching on Scrum framework at a team level. (2021-2023)
