AI, Agility & Imagination. Reflections from the AI Summit Seoul 2025

On November 10, my colleague Philipp Heitz and I had the opportunity to attend the AI Summit Seoul 2025, where we experienced an inspiring look into the future of AI and human-centric innovation.

The summit brought together more than 10,000 attendees and over 400 speakers, representing global companies, academic institutions and disruptive innovators. Among the featured voices were luminaries such as Dr. Christopher Nguyen (CEO, Aitomatic) and Luc Julia (Chief Scientific Officer, Renault Group) — their perspectives spotlighted how AI is evolving beyond tooling into purpose‑driven transformation. Why we went there

  • To engage directly with the latest thinking at the convergence of AI, creativity, and organisational agility, which aligns perfectly with our mission at Vishnu Artists.

  • To absorb real‑world case studies and network with peers and changemakers who are pioneering human‑centric AI in organisations.

  • To bring back fresh insights that will sharpen how we train, advise and support teams in the agile era.

Glimpse of our upcoming training

Informed by this experience, we’re currently preparing our Advanced AI Coach Training (April 2026).
This will be an intensive, focused programme crafted for Agile Coaches, Scrum Masters and transformation practitioners. Key topics will include:

  • How AI is transforming agile teams and the evolving role of coaches and facilitators.

  • Practical AI tools and use‑cases tailored for agile delivery.

  • Methods to guide teams safely and ethically into new ways of working.

Stay tuned for full details including dates, format (online and in‑person), certification and community access.

We believe the future of agile work is not about replacing people, but it’s about amplifying human potential, enabling creative collaboration and building organisations that are resilient, responsive and human‑centred.

Attending the AI Summit reinforced that belief — and energised our vision for how we support teams in the next wave of transformation.
